Where do you ship the orders from?

Orders are shipped from Bayswater, Western Australia.

When will I receive my order?

If you place your order during business hours, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday AWST, it is shipped within one business day and delivered within 2 to 10 business days. Orders shipped outside Australia may take up to 14 business days. There may be delays due to COVID-19, thank you for your patience. 

Can I buy online and pick up my order?

Yes, you can buy online and pick up your order in Bayswater, WA.

You can collect your order on the same business day if placed before 11:00 am. If your order is placed after 11:00 am it will be available for collection the next business day.

Collection time is 2:00 to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday. We are closed on public holidays.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we do. Our discount codes are occasionally posted on our homepage, or emailed to our subscribers. We offer competitive pricing and free standard shipping.  

How do I pay by bank deposit?

Select the Bank Deposit option during checkout and place your order. You will receive an email confirming your order. Please provide your order number in the reference box when sending your payment from your bank account. Your order will be shipped as soon as payment is received.

How do I request an invoice?

Add the items to the shopping cart and select the Request Invoice payment option during checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email and the invoice will be emailed to you after we have processed your request. Once a Purchase Order or payment is received, we will ship your order. 

How do I use a Purchase Order?

We accept Purchase Orders from pre-approved business clients. Please email us at sales@etradesupplies.com if you are interested in this option.
